Effective and affordable manufacturing at Mattis GmbH

 

 

 

The Hans Mattis GmbH company was established in 1968 and offers since then customized solutions for mechanical and apparatus engineering.
We have met the upcoming trend of numerous companies which set on the more effective and low priced contract manufacturing and developed our company with its 80 employees in different sectors of industry into a good partner for commission processing.

In our manufacture and distribution range we include CNC turning and milling components of various sorts, special machinery for the glass industry, the manufacture of special components, hydraulic cylinders and valve control blocks.
Precision components for the track and defense technology, components for the general machinery (print machines), rubber industry and fixture components are part of our wide range of manufacture as well as the manufacture of reservoirs, tanks and containers, construction equipment and some components for the food production industry.

Through our up-to-date 9-axis-CNC-turn-mill-centers and the CNC-machining-centers we are capable for full line production and therefore a compatible partner for all-components-manufacture. 

Since we always work in three shifts we have no difficulties meeting our clients´ deadlines and even recover possible clients´ time shortage.

Approximately 200 tones of heavy plates in 8 – 300 mm thickness are on stock in the warehouse at all times. The material includes the inspection certificate 3.1 (DIN EN 10204). Other basic materials with traceability and in various dimensions and qualities can also be found on stock in our central warehouse.

Our company is DIN EN 9001:2000 certified and authorized for re-stamping.  We are holders of the small verification of suitability according to DIN 18800 part 7 as well as for different welding procedure qualifications and procedure testing. For proof and technical documentation of procedure testing according to DIN EN-288-3 we work together with certified welding institutes.  We are capable to realize a project of a 13 tone unit weight in house - from the customer´s drawing up to the fully finished end-product.

For certified partner companies we operate as supplier in the field of heat treatment and surface technology.
